Gem of Skill is a training program founded by Dr. Saimbi.

The Gem of Skill training is about understanding people, their social behavioral types, their interaction with others and how it influences their buying or selling decision making.

People are fundamentally different in the way they think, act, understand, respond and make decisions. The same style of selling does not work for every client.
